Media Capture & Image Use:

The proceedings of the National Symposium of Best Practices for Community and Social Development 2026 will be photographed and video recorded for archiving, event reporting, public visibility, and news/media coverage.

• In-Person Attendees (General & Community): By registering for in-person attendance, you acknowledge that your image and voice may appear in official event reports, broadcast recordings, and PIOJ media publications. If you do not consent to media capture, we invite you to register for and attend the event via our virtual live stream option.
• Event & Booth Staff: Images and recordings captured during staff operations will be used strictly for event documentation, official reporting, and archival purposes.
• Data Subject Rights: In accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2020, you may request the removal or deletion of your identifiable image from digital platforms by contacting the PIOJ’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@pioj.gov.jm .
