Planning Institute of Jamaica Environmental and Social Framework (November 2025)

The PIOJ Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) guides Jamaica’s development programmes and projects. The Framework is designed to provide standards for activities that build on national law and existing good practice, augmented with an emerging body of international principles, rules and guidance from international financial institutions in both the public and private sector.
