Living in Jamaica: A Guide to Services and Support

Developed to support the reintegration journey of Involuntary Returned Migrants (IRMs) and Persons Formerly in Conflict with the Law (FCLs) in Jamaica, this handbook is designed for:
• IRMs and FCLs seeking support to rebuild their lives
• Families who play a role in providing stability and encouragement
• Service providers—government, NGOs, and community-based organizations—who support reintegration and who may benefit from knowing what other services exist across Jamaica.
