The Jamaica MICS Plus Survey 2023

The Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ), in collaboration with UNICEF, began the implementation of 2023-2024 MICS Plus at the beginning of 2023, with the first data collection starting in May 2023. MICS Plus generates data to understand the situation of households, families, and children to inform decision-makers and stakeholders accordingly. The statistical snapshots summarise the results of three waves of calls.

“MICS Plus is a longitudinal household survey conducted over the phone that collects data from a subset of households from a recent MICS on a range of topics related to children’s well-being.
